Because who can resist a baby in a costume...

Levi's second Halloween was a success. It started off on the right foot since he was dressed as his favorite animal the horse. We were given this costume months ago before he developed this obsession. He has been wearing it for the last month so it was pretty easy to convince him to put it on.

We were able to get a pretty good photo session in before we headed out thanks to another favorite thing, pumpkins.

We then drove up to downtown Paso to meet up with friends. It's a great place to go, we don't have to knock on strangers doors and it starts at four, so bedtime as usual!

The best of the whole group...is Yoda not the best baby costume ever!
The two farm animals...thats baby Mia with her mom Debra.

We trick-or-treated from store to store. Levi got the hang of it pretty quick. Although he had no idea what was going into his bucket, he kept asking for more. He would walk up and say "Appy!" for Happy Halloween.

The candy was pretty mesmerizing to look at.

Towards the end we decided to let him indulge in his first piece. Safe to say he enjoyed it just a little bit.

Of course he asked for more, but thankfully there wasn't a major meltdown. We headed home for dinner soon after to soak up the sugar (the candy miraculously disappearing!) and greet our trick-or-treaters. Except there were no trick-or-treaters, not a single one. Needless to say our evening was pretty quiet and now we don't have to worry about buying candy or even being home on Halloween.

LOVE that first picture of Levi. He looks like he's up to something. :)
